Hello Waverley, and welcome to Issue 5 of Wave Magazine!
As we creep into Autumn after what has been the warmest summer I can recall, hopefully we can cling on to this great weather for a little while longer. Maybe the grass will start to grow as well?
In this issue of Wave Magazine, we look at some of the forthcoming events the Waverley Events Committee are organising, in particular the Scarecrow festival on 30th September which promises to be a fantastic close to the week long event. Check out pages 8 and 9 for more info, and we look forward to seeing you there!
We also have an update on the latest developments at Waverley from the Residents Association, including details on the new park, defibrillator and community council. It’s great to see so much progress being made, and it’s great to be able to communicate this through the magazine.
For the keen gardeners amongst you we have a new feature that offers tips on how to keep your garden looking nice at this time of year, and what you can start to do now to help prepare for the winter months. Quite timely with the Waverley in Bloom plans don’t you think? 😊
As ever, thanks go to all our advertisers and sponsors. We have a great mix of local businesses who advertise in Wave Magazine, all of which could be of use to both the residential and business communities at Waverley. With many advertisers already working with our readers it would be great to see them picking up more business on the development. As a small business owner myself, I am a big advocate for supporting local businesses as it makes for a thriving local economy, something Waverley will play a big part in over the coming years.
To any local business owner who hasn’t considered Wave Magazine as an advertising tool yet, we deliver to every home and business at Waverley and the AMP, with further copies dropped into other local business centres and the Winter Green pub, meaning we are now delivering over 1,000 copies of the magazine!
This is only going to increase as further development happens, so Wave Magazine offers a cost effective way to reach a very targeted audience – feel free to drop me a line to
wavemagazine@hallmarkbranding.co.uk to discuss anything about the magazine!
Thanks for reading and for your continue support!
