With January passing in the blink of an eye, we enter February with renewed optimism for what we hope is an exciting year ahead.

As ever, there is plenty of activity going on in and around Waverley. Further developments are ongoing, both on the residential side and the Advanced Manufacturing Park, and we will continue to share as much news as we can about what’s happening and likely timescales.

We all want to know what plans are in place for Olive Lane, and whilst we’re not in a position to share anything further on the retail side, we can provide an update from Sky House on pages 36-37 on the plot of land they are developing.

What we can share with you in this issue is an update on what is happening over on the business park. There’s a bird’s eye view of the latest development, and what land is left to be developed on page 4.

We have our regular updates from the Community Council and the Waverley Events team, as well as all the latest reviews from our resident film and music critiques!

There’s some great new businesses in this issue too who are advertising their services, many of who live and work on Waverley. We’re a big believer in buying local and supporting local businesses, so if you have a requirement for any of their services, please let them know.

Thank you to everyone who has got involved in this issue of Wave, your support is always appreciated.
