The Waverley Events team alongside the Waverley Community Council & Waverley Junior Academy are really looking forward to the Summer Fun Day.
Our summer event will take place at Waverley Junior Academy on Saturday 24th June from 1pm to 4 pm. We will have food and craft stalls, entertainment, and games.
The event will include:
- Bouncy Castle
- Ice Cream
- Burgers
- Sandwiches
- Tuck shop
- Coffee
- Dancers
- Craft stalls
- Fire Engine
- Information stalls
We are looking for volunteers to help us run the event so if you could do any of the following, please could you email clerk@waverley-cc.gov.uk:
- Raffle: We will need volunteers to run on the day as well as prizes for the Raffle (email Viral at Cllr.vyas@waverley-cc.gov.uk)
- Set up and tidy up of the event
- Marshalls
- General planning
