The Waverley Christmas Tree Light Switch On is back on Saturday 6 December 2025, bringing an afternoon of festive fun to Olive Lane. The event will run from 4.30pm to 6.30pm and promises plenty for families to enjoy.

Visitors can look forward to a variety of entertainment including Santa’s Grotto, Elf on the Shelf, food stalls, Christmas carols around the tree, and performances from a brass band. It is a great way for the community to come together and celebrate the start of the festive season.
