As a family run business Mallard Mortgages focus solely on service and making the mortgage journey as smooth and simple as possible. With years of finance background we made the huge decision to start our own mortgage business on Waverley just before lockdown, focusing on helping house buyers and people remortgaging in the local community.

Straight away we were blown away by the support from our neighbours and wider community and we can’t thank you enough. This led to us taking on another mortgage advisor within 3 months, another in 6 months, and we continued to grow! We’ve lost count of the amount of help to buy remortgages we have done on the estate as well as new build purchases.

Fast forward 5 years and we now have a team of 13 with another 2 mortgage advisors joining in the New Year. Every advisor we have we know personally, have worked with in the past, or are part of the family!! This means we trust that whoever our clients see for advice will still get the five star service that we deliver and expect – we love our team!

The service that we give has led to us winning multiple awards with the most recent one being a national award and voted as the 2025 specialist mortgage brokers of the year.

We are so excited to let people know that due to the team expanding and needing more space, we will be moving to Olive Lane in early November!
