The consultation material is available at www.wearewaverley.co.uk and a feedback form is available on the website to download. Alternatively, comments can be sent to planningnorthern@bartonwillmore.co.uk. Please provide any comments by 13th June 2023.
Olive Lane
With over 1,500 homes occupied at Waverley and 2,000+ people working within the Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP), Harworth has been working with stakeholders to bring forward a vibrant local centre for Waverley to provide the facilities and services to support the community. A planning application will be submitted in June 2023 and this this will replace the planning application that is currently pending consideration with Rotherham Council.
The Olive Lane scheme has been amended to meet the needs of the local community and has been re-designed to be in keeping with the scale of Waverley. It will provide a central high street for the site and a heart for the community.
