Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 8.00pm on Monday 1st July at the Winter Green.
Following the restructure officer positions up for election are:
• Chairperson for 3 years
• Vice Chairperson & Secretary 2 Years
• Treasurer 1 Year
• Welfare officer is elected as a standing officer
Any member wishing to stand for election as an officer must be proposed by a member and a seconder who must also be a member in writing to the secretary at least 21 days prior to the meeting. Existing officers will automatically be eligible for election unless they decide not to do so.
Notice of any resolutions or rule alterations by a member must be notified in writing to the secretary along with a seconder who must also be a member at least 21 days prior to the meeting.

For clarification a member is any person entered on the Waverley Wanderers FA Whole Game system, members under the age of 18years can be represented by a parent, guardian or carer.
Help to Design our new Badge!
The committee have decided it’s the right time to re design our club badge! We have a graphic designer who has volunteered their services do this, we thought it would be a good idea to get everyone’s ideas and at the same time raise money, so we have decided to run a competition.
The committee will decide the best idea to put to the designer who will incorporate it in the final design.
The cost will be £2 to enter with a small prize for the winner. Your design can be any shape, i.e. round hexagonal, square diamond or shield but must incorporate Waverley Wanderers FC & 2020.
